The Participants’ Report for the Culver City Civic Assembly on Increasing Public Participation in the Budget Process has now been published and is available at the City of Culver City’s website.
This initiative brought together two separate Civic Assembly cohorts, each consisting of thirty, randomly selected Culver City residents in May and July of 2026 to make recommendations for increasing public participation in the City’s budget process.
CNDP was selected to conduct the Culver City Civic Assembly on Increasing Public Participation in the Budget Process by the Culver City City Council following a competitive selection process in late 2025. This was the first civic assembly / citizens’ assembly project commissioned by the City of Culver City, CA. Learn more about this project here.
